Football matches are cancelled and fans are isolated until further notice because of COVID-19 pandemic. As a solution, FIFA has decided to release their video archive to bring football home to the fans as from 21st March 2020. It is a unique chance to relive the greatest moments of World Cup and Women’s World Cup games. Where and when to watch the games?

The World Cup At Home campaign will unite football lovers and make staying at home not only safe but also entertaining. More than 30 breathtaking games will be published for the first time on FIFA.com, the FIFA YouTube channel and also including Weibo in China as from Saturday. The games to be broadcasted will be voted by fans through social media engagement, thus giving them the opportunity to select their favorite matches until regular football activities are restored across the world.

The first match to be published is the 2014 World Cup clash Spain-The Netherlands, followed by Brazil-Colombia and then Germany-Argentina. In the Women’s World Cup poll, the France 2019 semi-final England-USA prevailed over France-USA. This will be definitely a great experience, bringing fans together in a time of unprecedented isolation.
